Transition has been developing and creating eye catching content since it was founded in New York City in 1998 by Kevin Harrison and Kemp Curley. We now have production offices and post facilities in both New York and Los Angeles and focus on developing original content for the major networks and the top brands. We also provide creative services for a wide range of clients, colleagues & collaborators. To service the growing needs of the networks & our clients, we have expanded our production capabilities to include a variety of formats – Reality Television, Commercials, Branded Entertainment, Digital Content & Live TV and Webcasts.


Our Development team is constantly on the lookout to bring fresh and compelling content to the networks and our
production services team is there to shape it and provide the horsepower. We have developed and worked on original series for History, A&E, NBC, Discovery, TLC, Travel Channel, MTV, Disney, and more. We develop and pitch our own original content, but are wide open to collaborating with other producers, creators, and brands to help get their projects picked up by the networks. We are seasoned in all forms of content and programming including Reality, Competition Reality, Docuseries, and Documentaries.



We direct and produce spots for the top agencies including BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Chiat Day, Team Detroit, Hakuhodo, and ADK. We also work directly with major brands on their in-house campaigns from concept to completion. Recently, we’ve done projects for Nike, Nissan, Suzuki, Ford, Subaru, Puma, Canon, Blue Moon, Mt. Dew, Bud Light, Monster Energy, Axe, and the NFL.



The Live production arm of Transition has expanded quite a bit in recent years. Each year we do over 100+ hours of live sports, music, and event broadcasts as well as long form, multi-day webcasts. Clients include MTV, IFC, ASP World Tour Surfing, Nickelodeon, ESPN, and FIFA.



With the rapidly changing media landscape, developing and producing digital content for our clients has become a prime focus for us. We are constantly working to integrate our brand partners needs and expand their reach on the web. Last year we were contracted to
generate over 40 hours of original You Tube content for NBC. In addition to our live webcasts, we regularly produce web series, viral spots, viral videos, and more
